LSU readies for tip-off against Northwestern State, December 14, 2021, at the PMAC in Baton Rouge, La.

LSU basketball coach Matt McMahon added more depth at guard for next season with the signing of Vyctorius Miller on Thursday.

Miller, a 6-foot-5, 170-pound shooting guard from California, is the sixth guard on the roster. He joins returnee Mike Williams, incoming freshman Curtis Givens and transfers Cam Carter, Jordan Sears and Dji Bailey.

Miller committed to McMahon's program on April 4 after receiving a release in late March from Oregon.

As of Wednesday, Miller was the No. 56 overall player and 10th-best shooting guard nationally in the 2024 recruiting class in the 247Sports composite listing.

Last fall, McMahon signed 6-10 power forward Robert Miller of Houston and Givens, a 6-2 point guard from Memphis. Robert Miller is ranked 61st overall and Givens 63rd.
