UPDATE: Man arrested in Baker standoff accused of April shooting that killed 1, wounded bystander
A murder suspect is in custody after a four-hour standoff in Baker, Police Chief Carl Dunn said Tuesday afternoon.
According to Dunn, the standoff in the 400 block of Day Drive began while U.S. Marshals were serving Alvin Mott Jr., 27, with an arrest warrant for murder. The standoff lasted from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.
