The horrific scenes of unrest on college campuses across the country are disturbing. These outbreaks can no longer be called peaceful protests. They are hate-filled diatribes against Jewish students and against the United States.

The protesters are well-funded and well-trained. They're given tents, scripts, flags and signs (all amazingly similar). Many Jewish students are harassed and prevented from entering campus grounds or buildings. Some graduation ceremonies are being canceled, and buildings are being occupied with violence following. Authorities in most of these locations admit that many of the protesters are not students, but outside agitators. New York Mayor Eric Adams, in a passionate statement, warned that these protesting students are being indoctrinated by radicals, and the universities are being taken over by these same radicals. May I borrow a term that we have been hearing for three years and call it insurrection?
