Photos: Baby Dolls and Black Masking Indian tribes take to the streets on Mardi Gras Day
As tradition, Baby Dolls and Black Masking Indian tribes showed off their suites and paraded on the streets of New Orleans on Mardi Gras Day.
The Spirit of Fi-Yi-Yi Victor Harris, Big Chief of the Mandingo Warriors, came out from to show off his last suit after 5 decades of masking. He is passing on the torch to his son, Victor Harris, Jr.
